Trade Settlement Inc.®, a leading provider of automated loan
settlement technology, today announced that the TSI loan settlement
platform is in full compliance with Statement on Standards for
Attestation (SSAE) No. 16, Reporting on Controls at a Service
Organization. SSAE 16 was effective as of June 15, 2011.
SSAE 16 supersedes Statement on Auditing Standards No.
70 (SAS 70) with the professional guidance on performing
the service auditor's examination.
